Return Policy – Stairs Nosings

We aim to ensure complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are happy to accept returns under the following conditions:

a. Returns must be initiated and completed within 7 days of delivery.
b. Returned items must be unopened and in pristine condition, exactly as received.
c. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Unfortunately, we cannot refund any postage fees unless the item is confirmed as faulty or damaged.
d. In cases of damaged or faulty items, customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the goods. Supporting photographs of the damage must be emailed to us using the contact details provided on our website. Please note, delivery insurance claims are time-sensitive.
e. Special order items or products cut to size may only be returned if they arrive damaged. Returns for any other reason will not be accepted.
f. If a return is requested due to a change of mind or an ordering error by the customer, all associated shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.
